What is included in the RM25 admission fee?
Your RM25 admission includes one hour of access to the inflatable water park and a compulsory life jacket. Trained Water Marshals will also be on duty throughout every operating session.
Do I need to wear a life jacket?
Yes. Wearing a life jacket is compulsory for every visitor and is included with every admission ticket.
Is there an age or weight requirement?
Participants must be at least 5 years old and weigh no more than 100kg. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For everyone's safety, activities will stop immediately during storms, heavy rain or rough sea conditions. Affected sessions will be rescheduled to another available session or day. No refunds will be provided.
Can I book for schools or corporate events?
Yes. School visits with student discounts, Family Day programmes and private corporate team building sessions are available. Group packages can be arranged according to group size.
Are watersports included in the admission ticket?
No. Watersports and other recreational activities operate separately from the inflatable water park and are subject to their respective admission rates.
Where is KDM H2O Park located?
KDM H2O Park is located at Lot 45, Tanjung Aru Beach 3, 88100 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Can I book a Family Day?
Yes. Family Day packages are available and pricing can be arranged based on the size of your group.
How many visitors are allowed per session?
Each one-hour session is limited to approximately 100–150 visitors to help maintain comfort and safety.
What are your operating hours?
KDM H2O Park operates daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with activities organised into one-hour sessions.
Are public toilets and showers available?
Yes. Public toilet and shower facilities are available at Tanjung Aru Beach 3 for visitors' convenience.
